By completing an order, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply during the stated promotion period. Price savings shown on the site are based on SRPs. See our delivery information page for details of applicable delivery charges.

2. Whilst Daroka.com will try to ensure that prices on our website and emails are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised is inclusive of any applicable UK taxes, including VAT. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom.

3. All goods are subject to availability.

4. Any goods, services, or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice, or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.

5. Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Daroka.com of your order. All orders are subject to our approval. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.

6. Provided you keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 14 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within those 14 days. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to the description, you may contact Daroka.com within 30 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for the unused item (item must be in re-saleable condition), and the customer will arrange the return at their own expense. Daroka.com reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned for no cause. Also see our refund and return policy.

7. Daroka.com sale/coupon code offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Daroka.com at any time. Sale/coupon code offers have no cash alternatives. Daroka.com sale/coupon code offers apply to any marked products. Sale/coupon code combinations may not be spread across product categories. Sale/coupon code purchases are subject to Daroka.com standard delivery policies. Unless a product is faulty, customers may not return individual products that have been purchased in a sale/coupon code combination. If, for any reason, a customer cancels an order for a qualifying product, the sale/coupon code offer will cease to exist.

8. Daroka.com liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Any injury, damage, or loss arising directly from the negligence of Daroka.com or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

9. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Daroka.com cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

10. All payments are handled by PayPal/Stripe.

11. Our product price may include a service fee. This does not affect the total you pay.

12. Pre-orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. If you order a standard item and a pre-order item at the same time, the standard item will be dispatched as normal, and the pre-order dispatched upon release.

13. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

14. Please ensure you have provided a valid mobile/cell number so we can get in touch in case of any order issues.

15. Daroka.com reserves the right to delete any feedback it considers inappropriate for the general public.

16. English law applies to this contract.

18. Please be advised that orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages. Please track your orders from this link.

19. Daroka.com may share your email address or other personal details with third-party fulfilment partners for the purpose of shipping goods ordered. Daroka.com will not share your email address or other personal details with third parties. If you do opt in to receive emails from us, you are also agreeing to us using your email address for our own remarketing purposes (see point 20).

20. Daroka.com uses Facebook’s remarketing tracking cookies and email remarketing tools. This means we will continue to show ads to you when you are on that platform. As always, we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Facebook’s or any other third-party remarketing system, or sharing your email with any third parties other than for shipping goods ordered (see point 19).

21. Warranty periods displayed are supplied by the manufacturer. Daroka.com warranty periods vary between 15 and 30 days. If you wish to return an item outside of the Daroka.com warranty period, then please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

22. Due to stock restrictions, some products have a quantity limit.

23. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Only one offer will apply to the cart.

24. On the Sale/Coupon promotion, both offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions; exclusions apply. The offer only applies to different items added to the cart. A maximum of 3 items in your cart for discounts to apply. Discount will not apply if 4 or more items are in the cart.
